diaconate

The Diaconate, together with the Pastor, provides general oversight of the spiritual life of the Church, guiding members in their faith journey and nurturing a healthy, Christ‑centered community. They assist the Pastor in the performance of pastoral duties, offering care to the sick, support to those in need, and encouragement to all who seek spiritual guidance.

In addition to hosting the Lord’s Supper each month, the Diaconate also helps manage church membership, welcoming new members, supporting individuals through the membership process, and maintaining ongoing connection with the congregation. They work with families to prepare for and celebrate child dedications, ensuring these moments reflect the church’s commitment to supporting parents and children in faith.

The Diaconate also provides compassionate assistance during times of loss, partnering with the Pastor to support families in planning and carrying out funeral or memorial services, offering comfort, prayer, and practical help as needed.
